AMO Gives Bring Me The Horizon Their 1st No.1 Album!!

BRING ME THE HORIZON have officially reached the NO.1 album spot on the UK charts today! The feed would like to wish the band and all involved with the production of AMO a massive well done and congratulations.

AMO is certainly a daring album, featuring BMTH pulling off their experimental prowess and being rewarded - that is great to see. A band I personally have always wanted to see take over the mainstream charts and show 'em how it's done, and here we are.

Your Favourite Pop, Guitar and Genre Style songs from AMO!

Since the release of AMO one week ago, we unleashed some polls on our Twitter page covering a variety of different themes on the album - guitars, pop style and different experimental genres.

We first asked which was your favourite "pop" style song from the record, with the options of in the dark, medicine and mother tongue. in the dark came in first and mother tongue came last!
The second poll asked about guitar tracks. From a selection of MANTRA, wonderful life, sugar honey ice & tea and heavy metal, sugar honey ice & tea was voted the favourite and wonderful life the least.
The final poll was about songs on AMO that stood out as the most unique genre specific or inspired tracks. nihilist blues is definitely electronic or trance, wonderful life has a nu-metal vibe, why you gotta kick me when i'm down could be considered grime and i don't know what to say features an empowering orchestral vibe. wonderful life and i don't know what to say drew as the leaders of the poll and why you gotta kick me when i'm down came last.

wonderful life Radio 1 recording released

wonderful life has been released from the Annie Mac Radio 1 live studio set. You can watch the other performances, including medicine, MANTRA, Follow You and a cover of Billie Eilish's when the party's over on Youtube.

Watch: Nihilist Blues added to the live set!

Watch nihilist blues in its full LIVE entirety. The song has only been added to the set within the last few days, replacing the old school medley which included The Comedown, Medusa, Diamonds Aren't Forever and Re: They Have No Reflections.

It's expected that the band will slowly begin to introduce new songs from AMO into the set as the tour/ year goes on.
